RPC server unavailable

I've just been experiencing this problem with my mother's computer, and it seems the whole issue is registry related.

If you are having this problem, I have exported the fix from my registry. Enjoy!

Unless labelled otherwise, all of my tutorials are for Windows. Yes, I know it's far inferior to Linux, but even the most drastic anti-Windows people seem to have it on dual-boot, from what I've heard and seen. Therefore, writing tutorials for Windows seems a good idea (since it's in dire need of some).

I do tutorials via request (mail me through the 'Mail' tab) but I don't do tutorials for Internet Explorer. Get Firefox, it's superior, more secure, and unlike IE doesn't have more bugs than features.
